TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer):

TPE is a rubber/ plastic blend. It is flexible and malleable.
TPE is soft to touch and has an unbelievably authentic skin feel and “jiggle” to it.
Injection moulding and body forming techniques mean doll parts such as the labia can be made to look and feel almost identical to humans.
TPE is extremely durable with high elasticity properties.
TPE is a good conductor of heat, it can maintain its temperature for long periods.
TPE is odourless.
TPE is porous.
The o nature of TPE may benefit the look and feel, but it can be problematic for stains (be careful with new/dark clothes) and extra care needs to be taken in sterilising the dolls.

Silicone:

Silicone is a very versatile and high-quality material, it is widely known for its use in cosmetic implants, predominantly for its life-like looks and feel.
Silicone has been used in both the medical industry and in product manufacturing for decades. The techniques used in production are very advanced.
Silicone can be made to look and feel super realistic.
Silicone is a strong material, keeps its shape and can withstand weight.
Silicone is non-porous, stain resistant and easily sterilised.
The non-porous texture means it has a ‘smooth’ feel to it that can be cleaned easily.
Silicone is more expensive than TPE.
Although smoother, silicone is generally harder to the touch and less flexible than TPE.
Silicone can become brittle and prone to tearing over time. It can withstand a lot of weight, but fragile areas can be torn if proper care is not taken.

Both materials are great and have a feel like real skin. but generally speaking- TPE dolls are less expensive and become more popular because it is easier to sculpt and sex doll sculptors have created really sexy and realistic models. Silicone is great, a little bit cleaner and can be heated for a longer period of time, so we offer heat systems for our silicone dolls.

The built-in or fixed vagina is exactly how it sounds. The vagina is built-in to the doll just like a real woman.

The removable vagina is a sleeve or fleshlight-esque tube that you can insert and remove from the doll. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia.

Which is better? Most of our customers prefer the built-in vagina as it provides the most realistic experience, however the removable vagina is easier to clean and replace and considered more practical. If you value complete realism, you’ll want to get the built-in vagina, if you want something that is easy to pop-out and clean after use and considered more practical, you should consider the removable vagina.

Storing your doll properly is essential to ensuring your new doll has a long and happy life.

Avoid storing the doll in direct sunlight, this can cause damage and discolouration.
Store the doll at room temperature, in a dry environment.
Avoid bathrooms/ garages or other storage areas that can become damp.
Do not leave the doll on artificial or stained materials including leather sofas or dark jeans/ clothes for long periods.
Keep the doll away from open flames.
Avoid leaving the doll in difficult positions for extended periods of time, the skin can become stretched and damaged and even split if not returned to a natural position after use.
We recommend storing the doll lying flat in a sex doll storage box or the original packaging box faced upwards or hanging from the closet hooks provided.
When handling or moving your doll, be sure to follow general rules for moving heavy objects if it is a larger doll:

Keep your back straight.
Bend with the knees and hips.
We find the dolls are easiest to move when held vertical. We recommend wrapping both arms around the doll’s waist forming a ‘Bearhug’ position.

Do not lift the doll using any of the limbs or head.
Always hold the body.
Some doll owners store their doll in their bed, which can work fine if the bed is soft or has memory foam. Use your discretion. If the doll is on a hard floor for too long, the breasts or bottom can become flat and may take some time to resume to their normal shape.

Of course you’ll want to use your doll straight away but we recommend you give it a bath first. It’s a little bit like fruit you bring home from the supermarket – it could have chemical residue on the surface and other people have been handling it – not exactly appetising, but thats the reality of hand made products.

We ensure dolls are fully cleaned and suitable for our customers before leaving the workshop, this is just a secondary precaution.

You sure will. All the photos shown in the photography are the same models/moulds designed by our manufacturer. If the head in the photo is Head 172, that is exactly the head you will receive, likewise with the body shape and so on. The moulds and materials used are EXACTLY the same, in the exact same workshop, by the exact same sculptors.

Although you will not receive the exact same outfit (as these are just styled for the shoots) all of these looks are super easy to recreate at home with a little imagination and a little patience.

Additional make-up or hair styling (like plats on long hair) are sometimes used for shoots, again, this is superficial and can be recreated or improved on at home.

Your sex doll has a strong metal skeleton with several fixed and movable joints that allow her to be flexible and perform a wide range of poses. There are nuts and bolts inside the joints, foot, and leg holding your doll together. It is normal for your doll to have slight evidence of workmanship or minor marks at these points, it is not considered a defect and is very normal.

Please take care when carrying your doll and lift from either the waist vertically in a bear hug OR alternatively bend the doll into a V position on the bed and use the (Bridal hold) by lifting the side of the chest and thighs close to your body.

Avoid dropping your doll, or knocking her against hard surfaces which could cause damage just like a real person.

Whilst our dolls do have enhanced wrists which can support their own weight. When you engage in sex from behind your sex doll, it’s best to support your dolls torso beneath her with pillows or furniture eg bed or table.

With good care, there’s no reason why a sex doll’s life span will not last for many, many years.

How long will it take to get my sex doll?
The total average time from order to delivery is 2 – 5 weeks depending on your location, your choice of doll, and manufacturer.

We aim to process orders and ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll asap, but please be aware that your doll is made to order (even if it is pre-configured).

All dolls are delivered using the services of DHL, UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.

This timeline is an estimate. It is also the same for ALL authentic sex doll vendors as we all draw from the same workshops, please be wary of any vendor claiming uber-quick delivery times as they simply cannot produce a customised doll and ship it to you all within 3 days…

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

This will depend on the weight of the doll you buy. The weight is usually between 20KG-50KG. If you’ve gone for a big doll you may very well need assistance.

You may have a delivery person that is kind enough to assist you, otherwise use your own discretion if you need to arrange help from a neighbour or friend in advance.
