Packaging:
All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging.
Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box with no branding.
The courier or handler does not know what is in the box.
We respect your privacy.
The contents will be stated on customs declaration as “Mannequin”.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India.

Delivery:
We use DHL,UPS and FedEx for all deliveries worldwide.
When you receive your tracking number, you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
You will be issued a tracking number 3-4 days after dispatch so you can follow the journey.

Ordering process:
We can’t predict the weather, or how busy the workshop is at the time of your order, however – the following breakdown should give you a good understanding of the whole ordering process from start to finish.

What happens after I order my sex doll?
This is an estimated production and delivery timeline for our dolls.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately with a breakdown of your order details.
We will manually check your order and ensure all the information and details are correct. If something is missing or seems a bit unusual, we’ll get in touch to confirm everything with you.
We allow a 24-hour grace period in case you have any last-minute changes.
Your order is then passed onto our workshop management and placed in a queue for production.
When your doll gets to the front of the queue*, the workshop fabricators and artists begin the process of creating your doll. The estimated time for fabrication is 5 – 21 days depending on brand.
Once your doll has been completed, our staff carry out a thorough quality control check and photographs are taken of your doll for your approval, these are referred to as factory photos.
When you are happy with your doll, and any necessary changes have been carried out, your doll is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days.
At this point, your doll has begun the journey to your home and should be with you as soon as possible!
The total average time from order to delivery is 2 – 5 weeks depending on your location, your choice of doll, and manufacturer.

Check and Accept Your Package
You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package.

It is recommended that you open each unit and examine, even if the cartons look fine from outside. Take some pictures or videos. This should be done in front of the delivery person because once the person leaves, it is too late.

If you find any damage later, it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. In such a case, you must immediately get in touch with the trucking terminal for further instructions or call customer care of the company for assistance.

If the driver doesn’t let you open the package for inspection, then you must carefully inspect the carton and note any damage, no matter how tiny.

On the bill of lading, you can note that the driver wouldn’t let you open the package prior to signing or that the carton had a hole or damage on the side. You must put aside any damaged package for carrier inspector, and ask the delivery person for a local phone number you could get in touch with.

Order Cancellation & Refund
Order processing started from the moment that the buyer confirms the order details are correct. The order cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Since the doll is a custom product that is created especially for each buyer based on the chosen specifications.

If you want to cancel your order while we have begun processing your order, the cancellation fee will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card if we have already processed your credit card for shipping. The specific cost depends on the progress of the order.

However, you will not be charged any extra cost to add or change items or cancel your order any time prior to processing the order. An order cannot be changed or canceled after it has been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, any change or cancellation would be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
